About

Welcome! I am a fully-qualified Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in navigating their current challenges and difficulties with mental health. 

'Psychologist' is not a protected title and so there can be a lot of variation in the therapists you come across online. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) which certifies doctorate-level training in clinical psychology, allows me to practice under the protected title of 'Clinical Psychologist', and qualifies me for 'Chartered' status with the British Psychological Society.

I have extensive experience across inpatient and community mental health services, physical health contexts, and working within specialist services for refugees and asylum seekers and gender identity services. 

I have therefore worked with a wide spectrum of mental health difficulties and presentations. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, psychosis, and more. 

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from various therapy modalities to tailor treatment specifically to your unique needs. This includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and systemic therapy approaches.
